Processing Time

All original artwork orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Each piece is individually inspected and professionally packaged before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide using USPS and DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada and Mexico: 7-14 business days
• Europe: 10-21 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 14-21 business days
• All other countries: 14-28 business days

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Panther Fine Art, LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Packaging

Every original artwork is packaged with the utmost care:

• Works on paper are wrapped in acid-free glassine paper to protect the surface, then secured between rigid backing boards, and placed in a protective mailer
• Canvas board works are wrapped in bubble wrap, sandwiched between rigid cardboard, and boxed for maximum protection during transit
• All packages are clearly marked "Fragile — Original Artwork — Do Not Bend"

Tracking

All domestic shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. International tracking availability depends on the destination country.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged please:

1. Photograph the damaged packaging and artwork immediately
2. Contact us within 48 hours at wjgale@comcast.net
3. Keep all original packaging materials

We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly. Your satisfaction and the safety of your artwork are our top priorities.

Returns and Exchanges

Original artwork is a unique one-of-a-kind purchase. We do not accept returns unless the work arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description. Please review all artwork photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
